What is Alternative Resolution Service?

At SoJust Caring for Families we offer a ‘Formal Notice of Concern’ as our main Alternative Resolution Service.

A ‘Formal Notice of Concern’ is a notice sent by an aggrieved person to an individual,  organisation, agency or institution in relation to issues with service/s received, delayed, suspended, denied to find a mutually agreed way forward.

At our discretion we use a panel of Doctorate Specialists and Experts in the fields of Health and Care, Education, and Youth Justice, to help us draft a Formal Notice of Concern for you based on the information you provide us with. You can then securely serve the notice on the other party.

Once you have served the ‘Formal Notice of Concern’ with the respondent, if the need arises we can provide you with additional support, again at a transparent and fixed hourly rate. The majority of our clients are normally able to progress through the process without additional support, but if you need it we will be there to try and assist you as much as possible.
